Q: Leak at joints?

If leak is between hopper and gun (or elbow hose),make sure that:

  • Hopper pushed down to the bottom
  • O-ring flat without any bends or deformations
  • Clamp tightend around where the o-ring is located

If air leaks from air hose connector, wrap raw tapeover the air inlet.

Q: Gun does not spray?

Increase flow rate or air pressure, put finger on nozzle then pull the trigger to force clog out of gun and clean after each use to prevent clogs, or use thinner material.
